Ben Capdevielle has been making Old Log Cabin whiskey long enough to know which barrels are worth talking about and which ones just need more time. On April 23rd, he brings both to Pennyroyal.

Four courses, family-style. Chef Joseph Haffly builds the menu around the spirits. Keaton Cooper mixes cocktails from the same lineup. Ben pours the Classic, the 10-Year, French Oak, the Coffee Liqueur, and a few things that haven't made it to the shelf yet.
